Operating under a Curaçao license is possible in Bangladesh and dozens of other countries that do not prohibit online gambling. But there are a few excluded territories. The list of countries in which it is impossible to operate under this license includes Curaçao, the Dutch West Indies, the Netherlands, France and Australia. A company can be fined or lose its license for violating these restrictions.

If you find out that a site is operating under a Curaçao license in one of the prohibited countries, report it to the Gaming Commission. To do this, send an e-mail. We will conduct a check. If as a result of it the violation is confirmed, appropriate measures will be taken. But before sending the letter, we ask you to make sure that such site is not operating in one of the prohibited countries under a license issued in another jurisdiction.

The Curaçao Gaming Commission does not own the sites that receive licenses. We do not participate in their management, do not make any decisions related to their operation. Our representatives have no financial or any other interest in the operation of such sites. And we are not responsible for the actions that are performed on them. Including if these activities violate the laws of Bangladesh or any other country.
